Connor Nolan

Meet Connor, a Long Island native whose real estate story began amidst the chaos of Hurricane Sandy in October 2012. Despite the devastation around him, Connor's determination to make a difference in his community led him to start a part-time job at a local real estate office. Since then, he has become a skilled presenter and trainer, offering thousands of hours of training to both real estate agents and customers.

Connor's expertise spans a range of topics, including marketing, technology, sales, negotiation tactics, wealth building, and leadership. He is constantly adapting to the ever-evolving real estate industry, and believes that education and growth are essential not only for himself but for those around him as well.

In addition to his work in real estate, Connor is passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers with a non-profit organization that supports local business students at Northport High School's Academy of Finance, where he himself was once a student. As a former CEO of Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast, he uses his experience to mentor and prepare the students for college and career readiness.

When he's not busy showing properties or providing training sessions, you can find Connor enjoying some of his favorite local spots, such as Southdown Coffee, The Shed in Huntington, or Del Fuego in East Northport. He also enjoys catching a show at the Engeman Theater, relaxing on Fire Island, or playing with his English Coonhound, Taylor.

If you're looking to strike up a conversation with Connor, some of his favorite topics include coffee, karaoke, Broadway, Long Island Breweries, Irish music, and of course, real estate.
